EHF's FEATURED DONORS

THANK YOU Dr. Leonpacher for volunteering and donating supplies. We are especially grateful for your donation of the opthalmoscope & attachments. |
Thanks to Tata Crocombe and the Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa staff, Esther Honey volunteers recently enjoyed a spectacular “Island Cultural Night” in appreciation for the work that the Foundation does in the Cook Islands.
Tata Crocombe and his family were one of the first to step forward to offer EHF their support almost 16 years ago and their generosity has continued throughout the years. |

►Tyndall-O'Hearn family A suitcase, described by the donor as "having seen better days", was recently hand-delivered to the Esther Honey Foundation Animal Clinic in Rarotonga.
Despite a bit of wear, the case looked spectacular to clinic volunteers: a cornucopia overflowing with dog collars, leashes, toys and flea treatment gathered over the past several months by the Tyndall-O'Hearn family and their kind, like-minded San Diago California friends. ► Broadway Veterinary Clinic "We treat your pets as though they were our own."
So many animals will receive relief from their suffering because of your contribution! ► WEBSTER VETERINARY SUPPLY, INC. EHF surgery patients are safer and our volunteer veterinarians breathe easier, thanks to Alabama’s Roger Stewart, (Webster Veterinary Supply) and Dr. Barry Nicholl’s, (Animal Medical Center) donation of a new SurgiVet Tabletop Pulse Oximeter, valued at $1,200.00 (USD) to the Esther Honey Foundation.

Thank You DERMCARE-VET. Having the medicated shampoos has been a huge help in managing some of our dermatitis cases, and we've seen a big improvement in all of the animals we've used them on.
George has been getting weekly shampoos for nearly a month now, and has progressed from being almost entirely bald, to having a fine coat of fur over his body. He now trots around very proudly!!
On behalf of George (and his other doggy friends Mangy, Patch, and Hovis), and on behalf of the Esther Honey Foundation, thank you for your support!
Bulimba Vet Clinic - CITC - BEC Transport Download Cook Islands News article Click Here Surgical table donated After collecting a near-new steel operating table off the wharf yesterday, Esther Honey Foundation volunteers feel better-prepared to perform surgery on local animals.
The table – valued at between $3000 and $4000 (if new) – was a donation from Dr Judy Harbison of Bulimba Veterinary Clinic in Brisbane, and it arrived safely because of the support and financial assistance extended by individuals and organisations both here and abroad.
“The foundation’s solicitation and coordination of transport for all veterinary supplies to the Esther Honey Foundation Animal Clinic invariably requires a multi-national, if not global, effort,” said Cathy Sue Ragan-Anunsen, president and chief executive officer of the Esther Honey Foundation. “The operating table was no exception.”
Harbison donated the table six months ago, as the local branch of the Esther Honey Foundation was working with a worn table covered in scratches, which made sterilising it a difficult job. Dr Theresa Matheson helped facilitate the donation and long-time EHF supporters Dr Linda and Andrew Marston kindly collected drugs and supplies and arranged for Laura Reeder’s Brisbane transport company BEC to donate the cost of collecting the table in Brisbane and moving it to Melbourne.
Upon arriving in Melbourne, the table boarded a ship bound for Rarotonga. CITC covered the cost of its trip. “(CITC’s) extraordinary contribution helped allow the foundation to accept this valuable donation that will be an enormous improvement for the Esther Honey Foundation Clinic, Esther Honey volunteers, our patients and the community,” Ragan-Anunsen said. CITC executive assistant Elaine Gukisuva said that CITC’s offer to cover freight costs is a testament to the company’s commitment to its ‘We Care" initiative. Esther Honey Foundation clinic director Gregg Young said that the table will make life easier for EHF volunteers, as they operate on a daily basis. - Rachel Reeves (Photo EHF/ed.)

WOW: Rogz gifts for Dogs For the third year in a row – Australian animal lover Kylie Young and her crew returned to Rarotonga with AMAZING goodies for island animals.
Thank you for sponsoring veterinary nurse Kelly Clayden to travel to the Cook Islands to volunteer for five weeks at the Esther Honey Foundation Animal Clinic. Thank you too for your generous donations of veterinary supplies! Your kind contributions improved the lives and health of hundreds of Cook Islands animals.
Thank you WSPA for awarding the Esther Honey Foundation an equipment grant that permitted the purchase of a new (to EHF) vehicle. We are extremely grateful to have dependable transportation to collect animals, carry volunteers and conduct clinic business.
What an enormous difference WSPA's contribution has made to EHF programs
